I loved Throwdown last Thursday, I am making sure to get down there next month! The Krumping battles were amazing!! I had to watch Rize again – thats how inspired I was with the young people. I also performed 3 tracks including a new one ‘Who are you’ which was an emotional song for me about youth violence in London that were so sad. You can watch and hear on youtube. International Womans Day Workshop 10.03.12 Tower Hamlets

I had the privilege of returning for a second year, running a rap and lyric writing workshops with some young ladies in Tower Hamlets for International Womans Day. The young ladies were very outspoken and we wrote a track about women and their portrayal through appearance based on the theme ‘Pride and Shame’. Very impressive!!
